The rich red purple colour of this gorgeous vegetable is stunning but even more impressive is the intricate sacred geometry within. As I worked on this painting, it reminded me both of a planet and my ravelled-up small intestines. However, as I observed the intricate design deeply, I became aware that there was order in the disorder.

All is unfolding just as it should.

Can you spot the spiral?

There are endless sacred geometry patterns all around us – food, nature – and every time you bring yourself in alignment with this, it brings you in the present moment consciousness as you acknowledge the infinite invisible at work. What you eat at that point is in alignment with you.

When we bring ourselves to the present, to the awareness that the piece of food we are about to eat was brought to us through a network of universally destined divine actions – JUST FOR YOU – we automatically are able to show reverence and gratitude before consuming it, thus making ourselves a part of the infinite invisible.

This is no easy feat. Often when we eat we are so distracted that we have no time to go deeply into the moment, as we are more involved in the outer colour, flavour or taste or appearance.

The Waheguru (vwihgurU) mantra written all over the paintings in these series are a testimonial to that very omnipresence.
