The Story

An a’maize-ing fact – an ear, or cob, of corn is actually part of the flower, and an individual kernel is a seed. On average, an ear of corn has 800 kernels in 16 rows.
I am really deeply grateful to have had the opportunity to make these 9 vegetables/fruits; to discover the marvel of the ever-present Force and the magical patterns that emulate the seed of life everywhere.
Why these 9, you might ask, or why only 9?
Actually, only for the simple reason that 9 paintings can be arranged in a lovely square pattern! So, can 4, etc., but I wanted to give an opportunity to collectors to make their own choices as this art for the kitchen comes to life.
Please read the caption for the first painting of this series, the Onion, as it brings attention to this Omnipresence and how, if we intuitively and with determination fully realize the presence (become food conscious), there can be no effects from any food.
The Waheguru (ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ) mantra written all over the paintings in these series are a testimonial to that very omnipresence.
